I will follow this philosophy and apply these core beliefs and principles in the conduct of my practice:
- I believe in following the golden rule. Hence, I will attend to the requests of my clients and meet the expectations that I had as a CFO.
- I will also conduct my practice with honesty and integrity.
- Furthermore, I will provide my services objectively. I will be thorough, and ask relevant questions, evaluating challenges with professional care.
- I believe deeply that small business is the backbone of this country. Hence, I pledge to advocate for the privately held, small enterprise. Laws, regulations and standards are often stacked against the small business owner. I pledge a common sense approach to my service whether dealing with government or the public accounting community. I won't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as possible for my clients.
- Finally, my services will be delivered with the intent to provide maximum value. If a client is not satisfied with the service I provide, I pledge a full discussion regarding their dissatisfaction. I also pledge to reach a concensus on a fair fee for what I deliver, regardless of any previous contract or commitment.
